Book data is served through a rate-limited third-party API, so please don't run automated, bulk, or scripted queries against the site; that can degrade the service for everyone else. If you need bulk or programmatic access to book metadata, that's what ISBNLab.com's own API is for.

You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from isbnly.com, or copy, republish, or resell book data from the site, whether manually or by automated means, for commercial use or to build a competing dataset or service. Search engines and AI crawlers indexing the site in line with our robots.txt are welcome. If you need book metadata at scale, ISBNLab.com offers licensed API access.

Accuracy of book data

Book details shown on isbnly.com come from ISBNLab.com's metadata API. We make reasonable efforts to display it accurately, but we don't guarantee that every field is complete or error-free. If something looks wrong, let us know at hello@isbnly.com.

Links to buy a book point to third-party retailers (such as Amazon and Bookshop.org). isbnly.com doesn't process payments, handle orders, or take responsibility for those retailers' listings, pricing, or fulfillment.
